ok we are doing a simple wedding, at the lake.... ANNND my wedding is Camo. The men are wearing camo button downs, wranglers, boots, and cowboy hats. So are the little boys in our wedding (including my 20 month old son. The women are wearing summer dresses that are bright and colorful. With flip flops (nice ones, wedge maybe???) Same with the flower girls. We have camo almost everything, even our cake. My flowers are sunflowers and daisies of all colors.
The only camo I want on me is my nail tips. And I am wearing cowgirl boots.
We are wanting to use hay bales for everyone to sit on. I am just curious of what people think.

It's so original and probably very 'you.' Great job! The only thing I would consider is if everyone is going to feel comfortable sitting on bales of hay...

Sounds coo1! I would just make sure to pick a few details to splurge on, so you keep the overall look classy and wedding-y. I am doing a casual backyard thing, but I splurged on a few things (invitations, BM dresses, food and lighting) to keep it a little more upscale.
You can do a camo thing, but maybe have some really cool flowers and some nice lighting-candles maybe? r

Thank you everyone :) I just get so excited and Have to tell someone. People will say to my face it is cool, but I wanted to know what people really thought.
But I was thinking the same thing about the Hay Bales. I wanted chairs but the rest of the Party thinks Hay Bales would be cool. I dunno...we will have to work it out.
BTW this is my bouquet :) I hope I spelt that right

I'm not a traditionalist in any sense, so as long as the wedding reflects you and your fiance, that is what is really important. As long as you have music and food and you guys are married at the end of the day, you should be able to do it however you want :)
