Me because I didn't attend your engagement party but like I said my mother's birthday fell on the same day and I completely forgot and no it's not because I don't care about you it's because I have a horrible memory now if you still want to give our friendship another chance then I would really appreciate you replying if not then I'll understand. I'll love you no matter what. :)

this is another e-mail that doesn't deserve a reply.
i would not want to have to worry about my MOH throughout the entire wedding planning process.
will she forget the day of your bridal shower too? or how about the wedding? will she remember what day and time she will need to be there for?

if you would like to continue a friendship with her, then i would suggest you write her back and tell her that you appreciate her apology - even thought its not much of one to begin with - and let her know you will talk with her soon. you can still talk to her, but i would advise against having her as your MOH

even if my mom's birthday was the same day as someone else'e engagement party, i would be with my mom the whole day and then go to the e-party aterwards. its not hard.
