OMG im having a freakout

I just called my salon to see when my dress would be in and they just told me that they never ordered my wedding dress because i needed to leave more money down....nobobdy called to tell us and it doesnt say it on the receipt.......now they said it wont come in till aug...........Is this enough time to have fittings........Help????????????????

Omg, that's insane that they didn't call you!!!!!

But it's ok, don't worry! August will still give you time for fittings, they'll just have to work a lil faster!!

Oh, that's plenty of time. I'm having my first fitting April 29th for my June 17th wedding. So it's a similar time frame.

thats totally their fault they didn't call you - you should ask to speak to a manager and have them rush order your dress!!
but Aug. will still leave you time for fittings- if worse comes to worse, you could always have them done in a week even!

They should have definitely called you. Thank goodness that you called. But don't worry. I'm having my FIRST fitting on Sat. 4/8 and my wedding is 4/30. So you'll have plenty of time.

If it is going to come in Aug. you should have enough time. Mine hasn't even come in yet and I am getting married next month

August is pleanty of time. My dress came in about weeks before my wedding. I didn't have my first fitting until 4 1/2 weeks prior to the wedding.

You'll have enogh time..but I would still see if they can rush it for you at there expense!!! This is there fault they should keep on top of there hold orders!!

OMG, they so needed call you on that. That is just horrible. August is fine. You still have time. And in most cases, the dress comes in sooner than expected, depending on the designer, etc.

So sorry this happened!

I agree, that should be enough time. When I had my last fitting they needed to take my dress in & wanted me to try it on afterwords. They did it in like half an hour. A month should be plenty of time and I would think good in the sense that your weight won't have much time to fluctuate until your wedding (like mine did/does )
