I would not worry about them being either 'formal' or 'informal' or what anyone else might think of them. If they fit your theme and your taste,and both you and your FH like them, get them!

I actually saw these in the books at party city this weekend! I thought they were awesome, I loved them. My vote is GO FOR IT

ETA: I just read the other posts, the invitations look a lot fancier in person

That's my concern.... not formal enough.

i love em!!! and if you like them then get them who cares if they arent 'too fancy' my friend had invites like that for her wedding they just had red roses in the corners instead of the K and Q i think its a great idea!!!
