We caught him w/the pool net and set him free. He must have gotten in through the heating vent???

he was actually really cute, and MORE petrified than we were. But we set him free into the back yard.

I think they're cute when they're little

if they're big i might've gotten a little scared. one few into a beach house i was staying at a few years ago. he was our little summer pet. then we let him go when we left LOL I'm so wierd

It WAS big when it was flying, but once they stop htye're just a tiny little body. It must have gotten in through the heat vent b/c my uncle sometimes things its ok to just leave his door wide open. ANNOYING.

My FILs used to get them in their basement all the time. There was a hole in the wall leading from the garage into the rest of the basement, and even though they patched it up with wire screening and what not, they would eat through it and get in. Not sure why they wanted to be in the basement

But once, FMIL and I were down there and one of them flew over our heads - oh my god we screamed so loud, FMIL was running out of the basement before I could even turn around. It was hysterical.

Glad you got rid of it!
