OMG-- They accepted our offer!!!!!
As of Monday-- we'll have a written document with signatures that states we get the apt!!
Apparently NJ works differently than NY-- but, they countered and we accepted last night-- and I am so excited, I am having a hard time sleeping..
And I have to say-- this process and planning for our future has really made me feel 'married' and has brought me closer to DH.
