Watching channel 7, a US Airways plane crashed in the Hudson river between 47th and 53rd St's. People are standing on the wings waiting to be rescued. I'm waiting to hear more.....praying for those people!!

On the radio just now they said it seems everyone is ok. THANK GOD!!!!!

Everyone made it out ok - I heard on CNN - we can see everything happening out of our windows on 34th and 7th. It's crazy!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow, I can't beleive that . As soon as I heard it i almost started throwing up. That's insane. I am so happy those people are off the plane. Thank god the water wasn't below freezing. wow thank god

wow, those poor people lost all their stuff.... probably laptops and thing- at least everyone is safe!

Last year coming back from Florida our plane was delayed over an hour bc there was a bird caught in the engine! So scary

thank God. i've been flipping back and forth on all the news websites. so glad all ok. i started hearing sirens and i decided to check online and sure enough it was the crash. havent done ANY real work this afternoon.

Whats insane is I just got off a US airways shuttle (yep the same type of plane that crashed) at LaGuardia last night at 9:30
Freaky! Thank goodness the passengers are ok.
