OMG...is this really happening...

...i think tomorrow i'm putting an offer in on a house...

despite being sick this weekend, we had an appt to see some houses...we cancelled all but one appt because it was for a open house not far from where i live now...and we fell in love...hard...i literally pre-qualified for a mortgage today and i'm putting in an offer tomorrow...eeeek

we've been looking/browsing for months...but nothing serious as i hadn't officially even pre-qualified...i spoke with someone who said where i would probably expect to be, but never officially did it...soooo yea very exciting...i'm hoping to go back to see it this morning with my mom and then go to the realty office to do some paperwork...where is the house you've been looking at? have you made an offer already? when do you think you'll know?

we've been looking/browsing for months...but nothing serious as i hadn't officially even pre-qualified...i spoke with someone who said where i would probably expect to be, but never officially did it...soooo yea very exciting...i'm hoping to go back to see it this morning with my mom and then go to the realty office to do some paperwork...where is the house you've been looking at? have you made an offer already? when do you think you'll know?

We are actually really surprised when we got prequalified on our own - we can afford it now but didn't have as much income to show from last year, but we did get it official!
We were serious about two other houses, but both were short sale and both fell through. Our budget is still pretty small. This house is in E. Northport and it's soooo adorable. They are asking more than we can pay though and we are now offering them 10 thousand less than the asking price but we're hoping they want to just sell and they'll accept. Actually we already made them two offers and they kept coming back to us with another so we just put in our final offer Sunday night... we should hear back soon I think!

oooh east northport thats right by me! i'm in greenlawn now...we put in our offer today, i should hear something tonight my broker told me...two other offers are supposed to be coming in...one was in already when i gave mine and one was due in...ahhhh
