...i think tomorrow i'm putting an offer in on a house...
despite being sick this weekend, we had an appt to see some houses...we cancelled all but one appt because it was for a open house not far from where i live now...and we fell in love...hard...i literally pre-qualified for a mortgage today and i'm putting in an offer tomorrow...eeeek

oooh east northport thats right by me! i'm in greenlawn now...we put in our offer today, i should hear something tonight my broker told me...two other offers are supposed to be coming in...one was in already when i gave mine and one was due in...ahhhh
It's OK there are sooo many if it doesn't work out! This is our 3rd and I thought the other two were the ones for sure but they seem to keep getting better! Where are you looking now? It's a stroke of luck for e. northport, it happens to be so the taxes are low enough we can swing it! I NEVER thought we'd be buying our house there! Prayers I'm not jinxing it!
