I have e-mailed one of my vendors twice in almost 2 weeks and they STILL have not responded. I know they are not away b/c someone who got married this past weekend used them, so I know they are around.
I am so aggitated right now that I want to cancel their services and find someone new, but it is so close to my wedding that I feel everyone would be booked already.
What would you do in this situation? Why can't they just e-mail me back

i would give it one more try and state that they need to call you back and if you do not hear from them by a certain time you will be canceling their services...

I'd def call...dont email anymore, they are obviously ignoring you for some reason. Hopefully someone answers and you tell them how incredibly disappointed you are in their service

If it is a place that you can go to in person, I would just go there...its not right that they arent getting back to you regardless of the means of communication

well if you've seen this vendor on the board, they're obviously busy. I wouldn't hold it against them. A phone call would be better, I'm sure they aren't ignoring you

I would call them or go there. Email is too easy for them to ignore you. Good Luck
