how many times does it take for you to ask your FH to do something, BEFORE HE ACTUALLY DOES IT?!??!?!
It depends how much I nag the first time, but it usually takes about 4-5 times of me repeating myself for him to do something........then ontop, I get, 'WHY ARE U TELLING ME AGAIN?'
I asked him atleast 15 times to order checks for our JT acct from Chase so that when I have to pay vendors or whatever, I can write a check (his friends work at the bank and get things the next day and dont charge)........I went to take out $ for a deposit, this is the 5th time I am charged $8 fee for a certified check, because HE STILL HASNT ORDERED THE FKN CHECKS....
so annoying.

I know!!! When FH needs to bring papers to work to fax or something I leave them right under his keys and wallet. What does he do? He takes his keys and wallet and leaves the papers a home. I had to do this for a full week before he finally brought it to work. I think it's pure lazyness at times.

when i ask him to do important stuff like mail something or buy something we need he'll do it right away but wont tell me he did so i keep reminding him and then he gets mad!
but if its to stop playing xbox i have to tell him...umm...well he hasnt actually ever done that when i ask him to so i'm not sure how many times it will take yet!
I'd say about 7-8 times on average. It's because he's usually not listening when I am talking. Like he hears my voice and just tunes out

Depends on the thing. Basically if I want him to do something asap I have to stand over him until he does it.
THe bigger problem is that he doesn't respond at all when I ask him to do something...so then I repeat myself...and most of the time he STILL won't answer...so then I just say 'Mike?' and then he flips because he feels like I'm nagging him....BUT IF YOU JUST ACKNOWLEDGED THAT YOU HEARD ME THE FIRST TIME, NONE OF THIS WOULD HAVE HAPPENED!!!!!!

FH usually does it the 1st or 2nd time I ask. If I have to ask him the 2nd time, it's because he forgot. He's generally always helpful.
