ON THE EDGE OF MY SEAT WAITING TO SEE IF THE BID WAS ACCEPTED**UPDATED*

we went to look at a house in Franklin square a couple of months ago, but the house needed some major repairs and the people didnt want to come down in price... well the real estate called last night asking if we were still interested and to see what our bid would be now (they wanted us to up our bid 10K) but with all the repairs and new appliances (they are not sure if the appliances work and the house is being sold as is.) I didnt budge from my orignal offer.. So today I am waiting to see if they accept it or not..

They dont live there and we dont own a house so that works on our side because we can be in as fast as the bank moves..

Good luck Suzanne! I know you've been having such a hard time trying to find somthing. We're in the beginning of the process and I'm so nervous that we'll never find anything!
