On the topic of cookware...

I am seriously kicking myself for getting stainless and not non-stick cookware. Stainless is a complete pain to clean, especially eggs! I wish I had read on LIW about the problems with stainless before getting it. So future brides - get non stick. I even went and got a non-stick pan I use for eggs and other stuff. I couldn't take it anymore. Cracks me up because I have this really nice stainless set but I am happier using my $19.99 non-stick pan!

And when I was at my friends house who just got married - she had stainless and was hiding her non-stick pan for eggs!

Kim. Can I just tell you that you are too cute!

It's that same reason that I got the circulon set - I need non-stick but I do have a few stainless steel - I like them for boiling the water to make pasta. It rocks.

What...you must not know how to cook! Apparently, cooking spray is the trick to eggs!

Seriously though...I hear you. Oh well, guess I have to take some cooking lessons in the near future! And buy non-stick open stock pieces!

Kim, I got stainless pots, but I also got an electric skillet, which is non-stick. My mother always had one and I knew it was something I would register for. It's awesome for cooking breakfasts and really easy to clean

Haha - yeah I have my eye on a hot red non-stick kitchen aid set.

Oh how times have changed. Never in my life did I think I would want cookware.

Hey Lori - I will challenge you to come over to my place (you know how to get there) and use my stainless and make eggs and it not stick.

An egg off -

don't they say that the non-stick is bad for your health ? Is there any data out there to support that?
