My FBIL sent his rough draft resume to Monster.com and had them create a resume for him. It came out great since they know all the 'buzz words' that catches an employers eye and the format looked awesome. I think it cost about $100 and IMO well worth it if it helps him get a job : ).

Jenn - One of my responsibilities at work is to fix the resumes of our grads - FM if you want, I'll give you my email address. I'll do it for free. It's kind of fun for me. (Am I a dork or what?)
