Once and for all... Do the bubbles that say they don't stain really not stain?
My mother is driving me crazy about this. Does anyone know from first hand experience weather or not the ones that say they don't stain really don't?

A friend of mine had these bubbles, and while you couldn't see any spots of bubbles on her dress, bubble spots were left on the bridesmaids dresses which were light purple, in a crepe kind of material. Her mom, who was in silk, also had a spot on her dress. Maybe it depends on the material. Maybe you can ask your seamstress if she has any fabric left over if you have to get your dress shortened, and you can test it on there.

As far as I know the only brand of wedding bubbles that do not stain is the 'wedding bubbles' brand. I spoke to the companys rep. a few weeks ago at a trade show. He told me they are the only brand that will not stain. Good luck!

taraalissa, your post cracks me up. Anytime we even mention bubbles to my FMIL she says the same thing. It drives me crazy.

I would think that the can easily stain a dress. You cannot put soap and water on many bridal fabrics. I would be very careful about this- also you don't want your guests outfits to get ruined either.

i used bubbles.. it didnt stain my dress and the bubble blowers were VERY close..hope this helps

OK..I practiced on my sofa...no stains...the bubbles are very light and pop easily...some of my kids at school bring heavy duty bubbles (don't ask - they are senior in hs) but the bubbles last for a few minutes...even sitting on something like a desk and those stain...
I just got some extra material from my dress...I'm going to do a test and report back...

I had bubbles and they didn't stain my dress or the BMs!!! They kind of pop before they get near you!
