Is your FH wearing a different tux and tie than the rest of the BP? We had a tiny argument because FH thinks he should be wearing a different tie but he's already wearing a different vest so I think that makes him stand out enough. Also, he thinks that the FOG and FOB should be wearing different ties than the BP (BP is wearing pink FOG and FOB are wearing black), but I really want them all in pink ties. What is standard tux dress code for the groom, BP, FOG and FOB?

I don't know what's standard, but FH is wearing a different everything. His groomsmen are wearing a very nice tux, but FH is wearing wearing the fancier brand since his is free. They are otherwise the same style, but his is a slightly different cut (i think) and a nicer fabric.
FH is wearing a white shirt, white vest with a white-on-white tie, and the groomsmen are wearing white shirt, black vest, and blue-on-black tie. Dads and grandpas are wearing the same tuxes as the groomsmen but different vest/tie.

Same tux...different tie and vest. The guys are wearing lavender ties and vests, FH is wearing platinum.

FH is wearing the same as our bridal party - regular black ties, no vests, no cumberbunds. 3 button tux.
Our dads are wearing 1 button tuxes, we were advised this would be more flattering on a belly :) and they are wearing black vests.
This was one thing I left up to FH. If your FH feels strongly one way or the other, I think you should let him make this decision. After all, we get to pick every thing else, JMO but I think they should decide what they wear that day.

Oh and the dads and grandpas are each wearing something different too -- FH picked it out.
Fh is wearing a different vest/tie than the rest of the GM. The Dad's are wearing white shirts and black vest/tie (which will be different than the others as well).

I have everyone wearing the same tuxes. my dress is ivory so all the shirts are ivory FH is in an ivory vest and tie, the GM will be in a light blue vest and tie to match the BM dresses, and the girl in the store recommended that the fathers wear a charcoal vest and tie. (which i really like)

sammy is wearing champagne vest and tie best man - black vest - ivory tie FOG and FOB - black vest - black tie

Fh and I actually spoke to the salesman at a tux store about this and he said the dad's aren't apart of the wedding party and don't have to look like the gm...they should match the mom's.

My FH is wearing a different color from the rest of the BP, I think he's wearing light gray...I talked him out of wearing white, i'm not a fan of white tuxes..but he really wanted to stand out..

I wish I could show the bp too! I feel like when guys hear pink tie they freak out but it's a light, subtle, classy pink, I think they'll dig it. Unfortunately MW didn't have samples
