ooops- i forgot my last name

so I have one of our (work) vendors calling for my sales rep who isn't in and I'm taking the message and the guy asks for my name, i say megan... he's like okay megan, whats your last name?
i say (maiden name)... omg, no its not... its (married name).. I just got married and totally forgot!!!

he's like.. okay megan (pause) .. well congratulations.
then he hung up.

don't worry, you'll get used to it ... eventually hahaha :)

I thought I was going to pee myself I was laughing so hard.. i think thats why he hung up.. I was like cackling in his ear!
