OOT Bags

Where did everyone purchase their OOT bags from? I mean, the actual bags that you put the stuff in. did you put tissue paper in it or just the items? did you put ppl's names on them or were they just generic?

its a gift bag left at hotel for Out Of Town guests.
you fill it with all sorts of things like soda, water, cookies, chips, gum, mints, maps, schedule, etc.....

Re: OOT Bags

I bought mine at the dollar store (sand pails) but here's some great websites: wrapitupgiftboxes.com
buygiftboxes.com
uline.com
All have boxes and bags etc.

I'm not putting people's names on them because my hotel charges $5 each to deliver them to guest's rooms and they won't give out individualized gift bags....I did buy labels for the sand pails and water bottles at myownlabels.com though. They came out great and they came in 3 days too!!!!

I ordered Gable Boxes and tied them up with ribbon and a label with or monogram. Pics in DIY album...fm me for details and prices.

Re: OOT Bags

We bought the bags from Uline. We used the 'Debbie' size in the color 'oatmeal.' We also purchased a pack of large tissue paper from them in Navy blue to put in the bags. I used one piece of the tissue per bag, and then put the 'guts' in them. I also printed on clear circular labels, our monogram. I tied them with light blue ribbon and attached a tag that I had written a simple welcome message. The bags were a huge hit.

We used more of the monogrammed bags and tissue for the kid's favors for the tables. I wrote in a paint pen, the name of each child. It was a great use of the bags, and the kids each had their own bag to gather up their favors (we had a whole kit made up for them) and their programs and coloring books.

Oriental Trading - we were able to put our names on the bags, and we got about 2 dozen for i think 15 dollars. They were great!
