OOT guest help

OOT guest help

I am not sure where to block off rooms....

Church is in RVC @ 3-4:30
Wedding is in Syosset @ 6
We live in LB and will most likely stay at home the night of the wedding.

We will have a shuttle after the wedding transporting people back to RVC and LB but not going to wedding after Church, other then the wedding party.

Where should I block off the rooms?

Posted on the 2012 boards too, as I need all the help I can get.

Anyone else struggle with this?

Did you check out the inn at fox hollow.....that is very close to syosset so if people don't want to drive all the way back they can stay there.

We live about 25-30 mins away from our hall and we are going to book the rooms near the hall. Our hotel that we are using offers a free shuttle, from the Hall to the Hotel. Plus, we probably won't see many of our OOT guests until the wedding.

executive inn and best western are also on jericho in syosset/woodbury. I highly recommend booking closer to the RH.

I'm using Hilton Garden Inn Melville (which is actually in Plainview), and it's close to Syosset. They gave us a GREAT discounted rate for guests... not sure if it was totally due to the time of year, but overall we've had a really good experience with them.
