OOT Guests-- Weekend Itinerary??

Anyone have something that they did or wording to give to the OOT guests when they check into the hotel??

Wanted to let them know about the transportation to the wedding, as well as giving them a heads up about the Brunch invite which will be in the boxes.

I have a map of all the vineyards out east for those that want to go wine tasting. You print them out on avery 8386 Let me know if you want it.
