I know many people do that MOH in a different shade of color than the other bridesmaids, but I decided to do all of the girls in latte but the MOH in a different style instead. Is that ok?? Is anyone doing that...whatcha think???

its more than ok its perfectly fine, you can do what you want, theres not one rule everyone has to follow for bm's so dont worry...I think my MOH might do the same thing infact, get same color but different type of dress, its up to her.
Do what you like and makes you happy

My MOH has a totally different dress and a different color from the BM. Her color dress will blend in with the BM dress.

I am doing that. My MOH and Bridesmaids are wearing all the same color, but my MOH is wearing a different style dress, but almost the same. Look at my pics in the album.

No, sorry but I'm thinking about this: 1. MOH 2. BM
my MOH is wearing baby pink in one style and the BM are wearing pink in a different style. i loved the dress i picked for my MOH/sister and i want her look to be beautiful! so her dress is lighter and prettier you can see the styles in my album
