Getting you and your bridal party's hair done in a salon at the same time
OR
Having a Hair and Makeup person come to your house and doing one at a time?

i think having the hair stylish or make-up person come to you, is more convenient. then you're not wasting time in the car and coordinating schedules, etc. if you can afford to have them come to you, i think it's better.
It probably depends on what you want for the day of. If you want a more relaxed time with you getting your hair and makeup done alone or do you want to have to go somehwere with your whole bridal party and hang out at a salon. Neither way is better, it justs depends on what you want.

My prefereance was to have the hair stylist come to us. I didn't want to do any unnecassary running around.

I think it's more convenient to have them come to you. As a few girls mentioned, you don't want to do any unnecessary traveling that day. The only upside is that you'll get done quicker if you're all being worked on at the same time at a salon. But if you have a lot of girls and that's a concern for you, you could look into have the stylist bring an assistant to help work on your girls.

we all split up - only my mom and I went to the same salon, my girls all went to their own preferred stylists. For me, it was the best because I got away from the 'madness' of the house for awhile.
Just do what's best for you

I wouldthink having someone come to you would be much easier, Maybe you should have a few people come to work since your a whole bridal party,

Well, this is my concern....
With 4 bridesmaids and one maid of honor and myself....it seems like a lot of work for one person to do in one morning....
This is why I am wonderng if it is easier to have all of the girls go with me to a salon where we can have things done at the same time and not stress over time....

i am NOT having them come to my house because i have long thick curly hair and I want my hairdresser to have EVERYTHING possible with him... I know it sounds weird, but for me this was the best option, FH's grandma and mom will be having their hair done too and my mom and moh and maybe bridesmaids, it was too much for one house...too much craziness I would rather go to the salon...do our thing, relax away from the madness and go home... jmo

depends how many girls you're talking about. if it's more than 3 or 4, I would probably say go to a salon. unless you can get more than 1 person to come to your house.

I believe it is more convenient for you to have her come to you...
I on the other hand wanted to stick with my hair stylist from my salon and they don't leave the salon... so my 2 sisters, mom and I got our hair done at the Salon..
