I think I would rather do the mon-fri only b/c the three days you work, you will have no time for nothing

I guess I should say that I currently work Sun-Thurs. anyway, so I'm used to working Sundays...

I used to work 12hr shifts (3days a week), and it was awesome! Those days are long, and the first day off is usually spent recovering, and catching up on stuff, but you cannot beat having four whole days off!! I think having weekends off is overrated, because everyone else is off too. You wait longer for appointments and stuff, traffic is worse. It is soo much easier to do things during the week when everyone is at work.
I think it's an awesome schedule!
What do you do, btw?

definetely work the three and have four off--I work 30 hours or more tues through thursday and then have off friday, saturday, sunday and monday! I'd much rather power work and have more days off--just think you'll be off more than you work! why sunday though? that stinks-if it's from home can you do weekdays?
