I wouldn't put anything about who gets to pick the gowns.
IMO, if I received an email like that today, I would be angry that because of an unforgiving work schedule that I lost all chance of having any say in the dress. I 'know' the BM don't have much say anyway put to actually write it would not sit well with me.
I would just end it with I hope you can all make it. It should be a great day with all the girls.

they are your bm so i think that they know your situation... if they cant get off, i am sure they'll be happy with whatever is chosen.. they aren't there to stress you out, but to help relieve stress... good luck! Let us know how things turn out!

Oh - the pink dress with the spaghetti straps was worn by the bride I wore the halter dress for, for her friend last July.

Instead of that last line, I would put something like 'since time is so limited, we will have to make the final decision that day. Please try to make it.'
This way you're still telling them that if they're there, they get to pick the dress, but it also explains the reason it has to be that way, so it's not mean.

thank u i think im just goona choose a dress myself and then thats it...
i just talked to my mom and she made me relize some people are goona be happy with anything and some people arent goona be happy no matter what so why not just make a choice and not worry about the rest

go pick out the dress and tell them to get their sizes down.
I would NOT want to hear they can't schedule a day for you to go! TRUST ME! as it gets closer you see who your friends are My family members are the ones who gave me the biggest headaces!!!!!!!!
PICK the dress and that is it. They are all beautiful!

NOt mean at all but what day do you mean, I need to give some notice at my jobs and I can't go anywhere on Tues/Thursdays b/c of school, but actually this Thursday classes are cancelled so let me know

tracy ...i sent you an email of the dresses i have narrowed it down to ...let me know what time you are working on thursday ...you have a nice body so you'll look great in anything we pick out anyway ...
and I work on Thurdsay from 9 to 3 but I will get off early if you want. I like all the dresses you picked they are all beautiful, the only thing that concerns me is the one that someone said you can't wear a bra with, not for my AA sake, but for Tina #2 I don't think it would work, and anything that will hide my big thighs and butt will make me happy, lol, so whichever

I'm at school now, so I can't I have to go to class right now actually so I have to run, but I will go on when I get home, maybe late like around 10ish, or tomarrow right after work. If I have time in between classes I'll give you a call or I'll call you tomarrow, you have my number too so call me if you want you could get me at any time even at work tomarrow, its not big deal. Good luck and stop stressing, your wedding is going to be beautiful and we will all deal with whatever dress you pick, they are ll gourgeous. The only thing I can say is about the braless dress, lol, anyhow, calm down take a breath and have fun with this, its supposed to be fun, isn't it?????????? LOL MUAHS

If I were your BM, I would feel that I was trying to accomodate your schedule rather than you trying to accomodate mine.
