Optimum

Anyone else having problems with optimum today? My internet at work was really problematic and now that I'm home our cable isn't working. Our cable box is messing up one tv and our other tv (without a cable box) only has channel 2 and 4 available. I love coming home after work and snuggling on the couch with fh in front of the tv. This stinks

yeah...they kinda suck.

i was getting it installed when i first move to this apartment a couple of weeks ago, and the installer was even saying that cablevision *****. lol

It's just so ridiculous lately with all the problems they have. FH wants to get fios as soon as its available to us.

I had the same thing and thought it was messing up bc of my Tivo! FH was having a heart attack bc he wanted to watch the Yankee game!

I had this problem tonight. I was really pissed off but now it's working again.

I did not have phone or internet for 4 DAYS. To top it all off after they sent someone to fix it the guy said it was a wire. Long story short it was working after he left then a day later it was not. Optimum said it was not there bad so they wont give us a refund or anything. I cant stand them!!!!!
