ordering BM dresses

How far in advance did your girls order? It's only going to be 5 months for my girls! Will that be enough time??

We bought through David's. I only have two girls in my BP; one ordered her dress at the end of December and the other, in the beginning of January.

My sister's dress recently arrived. She's the one that ordered her's in December.

They told her 3 months, and it took like...one month, not even.

I was told to make sure everyone had their measurements and deposits in by the 6-month mark.

i had all the girls place the order by Oct. 1 (5-6 months ahead). The place said it only took 3 to come in but I wanted to make sure we had time just in case something happened to delay the dresses...and the girls would still have time for alterations

We ordered in the beginning of January for an August wedding. I was told 6 months to be safe.

we ordered at the 6 month mark, but I would say you are good 5-6 months ahead of time.

The shop told me to order by April for my Oct wedding BUT I think it totally depends on what dress it is - I've been in a wedding w/ a Davids Bridal dress and it literally came in 3 weeks!

im ordering mine at the end of the month, so thatll be 8 months in advance.... the woman told me to allow up to 5 months for delievry for that designer

We ordered the dresses in Oct for my July wedding and they took 3 month sto come in and it's good thing we did it early because 1 dress came in wrong and 2 of the dresses are too short for my tall Bms so I had to reorder so I have another 3 months to wait.

My girls order 5 mths before my wedding . The dresses came in at 6 weeks which was great, they originial told me 12.

i was told 6 monhts, but that was also because the factories close for a few weeks during the holidays.... we ordered 12/17. I think its a good time for you to order

My girls ordered 5 months out, the dresses came in last week (ahead of schedule), so there is plenty of time still. I would definitely be looking but don't think you need to panic yet
