Centerpieces. For all the ladies that are not going to use floral centerpieces what are u going to do.

I am going to subsitute place cards with lil personlalized (sp) honey jars, A mirror with a jar decorated with butterflies inside, and candles surrounded by loose diamonds and maybe some rose petals

When are you expecting the ring?

Did he see the RH also?

My FH hasnt because he works nights we will be going to view it together in a few weeks. Its a far drive and nothing else in the area for us to do sine we dont live in Nassua County.

Well I have one ring but he promised my father (may he RIP) to get me a big diamond. I have NO IDEA when this ring is coming but it has to come this year that was the promise. But he wants to be unique in the way of giving it to me.

I cant wait till EVERYONE know's we're getting married it'll be to much fun

my wedding is going to be in early march so end of the winter beginning spring in a few more weeks.

Will guest be tired of snow and want some spring theme or can I stick with a winter type theme>

I like that color scheme. My wedding is going to be in the late spring, and I want 'spring-y' colors, but haven't quite decided on what those are yet. Yellow, probably, and I'll think about those other colors you mentioned because that sounds like the look I'm going for too. thanks.

Oooo Why dont u try the Shorbet family VERY Springy...mint green, coral, peach, mellow yellow, light teal blue, light fusha pink, ooo and a turquiose to set it off! oooooo I love it! lol oh and a lavender purple of some sort will be CUTEEE!

Sounds like you've got it all planned out for me! I'm having kind of a hard time seeing it though (could it be because it's 5:00 in the morning?) If you find any pictures of what you're thinking, send them my way, would you?

why do you ask...do you know that there are peacocks all over the WM grounds?

I am kind of scared of birds I was once chased by a swan and I didnt even antagonize it.

But lets just say jyes to the question I want to see where you are going with this.

Well u can use the color of peacocks....They are green which is a very pretty color for ur season...and this green reflects brown, blue, and silver if it's shown right. That color (peacock) is a very beautiful color. I have the eyeshadow and I go nuts when I put it on cause it virtually goes with anything!

I definitely think that you are on the right track. specially if you are pulling peacocks for your thought on a wedding and colors and actually having me realize that this is a good idea.

Nothing like a fish belly up to spoil the good cheer of a wedding.

No I don't think you are morbid. I've heard of the people using goldfish in bowls as centerpeices and by the end of the night they were all floating.

ETA: I don't think 'live' animals make good decorations.
