Ouch!!!

Ouch!!!

Yesterday I had to take an 8 hour class to renew my cpr certification. As I was pressing down on the dummy, I hurt my wrist. Now I am in sheer pain. I have it bandaged up, but here I am typing with one hand. Suprisingly, Im pretty good, but slow. I have a dr's appt at 2, but I just cant stay away from LIW!!!!!

thanks guys!! Its the fingers too. If I move them, the pain shoots up to my wrist. ouchie !!!!!

Ouchies!!!! I have tendonitis. I didnt think that was a big deal, but by the expression on everyone's face in my office, tells me otherwise.
