After spending over an hour an a half calling all different people,I spoke to the right person and they corrected it.It was an error on Optimum Online's part.They cut off our service instead of someone else. But they fixed it and we are working again.

Oh, I got scared. I thought there was something wrong with your new Dell computer. I was one of the people that recommended the Dell Glad your internet service is up again

Figures. My cable modem wasn't working for a month. They kept telling me the problem was in the ground, they had to dig blah blah blah... FINALLY i told someone to just come and check the pole. They did and all it was was i was disconnected on the pole. And i knew it, and kept telling them that... 'no no its a problem in the ground'. I HATE cablevision SOOO much!
