Anything with curry is YUMMY :) I put it on practically everything. I'm trying a similar recipe - curry with red potatoes and other veggies. Everyday Food has great recipes.

Please send the recipe :)
everyday food is a publication - through, I believe Martha stewart's magazine. It comes once a month and has recipes that contain 'everyday food' you have in your house already. I've found that you do have to go out and buy some of the ingredients but its nothing farfetched like the bark of an African tree :) I use many of the recipes and its only $18.00 per year.
