I Love You?

My hubby and I always tell eachother usually in the morning, before we go to bed and probably everytime we talk over the phone.

i asked my fiance and he says '15 x a day'... some days its said alot some days not at all..

Same here, some days more than others.
and I was never one of those I LOVE YOU I LOVE YOU I LOVE YOU, on the phone. especially at work.
Depends on the phone call and where we are and how long we've been apart. =)
Johns a big mush, but much moreso in private
Hes Mr 'proper' in public and in front of family...
Its THOSE guys ya gotta watch out for !

The best is when he says it out of the blue. or when he just comes by me and gives me a big smooch unexpectedly.
I think saying I LOVE YOU at 'scheduled' (predictable) times every single days, loses its flavor after a while. No offense to anyone !
Its all a matter of personal opinion !!

As long as the actions demonstrate the love, you got a good thing goin !

DH and I say I love you at unexpected times too...Jeff more than me...he'll hollar to me from upstairs, and I'll be like, 'what do you want?' and he'll wait to reply and I'll go all the way upstairs to be like, 'what????' and he'll say....'nothing...just I love you!'

I *love* the unexpected-interrupt-whatever-you're-doing-for-a-really-great-smooch moments!

We say a lot also. Whevever we get off the phone; whenever we see each other for the first time that day; for no reason while we're snuggling watching tv, etc

lots of times.

~ at least once in the morning when i go to work,
~ every phone conversation (2-3x a day) and
~ we sign every email to each other 'love ya!!!' (always 3 exclamation points, not sure why)
~ when we go to bed

LOL, Claud, I LOVEEE those !
I thought it was just US! (with the interruptions and 'what???' I LOVE YOU!!!) and then we have our babyish babble sometimes when we were dating I would always say AYAYU, so it kinda stuck.
Sometimes I call him at work, in the middle of a busy day just to tell him
or send him cute ofoto e-cards with John Anthony's pic in a baseball background...
He leaves 'I love you mommy' notes on my fridge.
tooo cuteee...
Or when he walks by and pinches my toosh...

The predictable redundant, said-in-almost-a-monotonous-voice 'I Love You' - always irked me.
At work, some girls would say it (on the phone) just to make sure we heard them say it...

Love is an expression, not just words spoken.
