Over 30 Brides?

i'll be 32 when i get married - this is my 2nd time around but FH first - and he will be 38

but i feel wiser with my age - so its all good

im still as immature as i was 10 years ago

Ill be 37 when I get married-my second time around as well. FHs first.
I totally feel wiser as well. Much more prepared to be someones wife.

i just got married and im 33.

DH was worth the wait.. I met him when i was 31...

That's funny! I'm so glad all these over 30 girls came forward. I don't feel as 'old' now. I think it's good I waited, not like I had a choice. Nobody would marry me until now. Ha ha!

Just taking a little poll. I'm 34 and realized I will be 36 on my wedding day. That depresses me kinda. This isn't my second wedding either :(

Well we have two things in common hall twins and over 30 brides. Dont worry about it. Your happy and thats all that counts. I will be 33 this Thursday but, 34 when we get married he will be 30. It took me along time to get here and I am glad it is with the right guy!!! My big thing is I have a 12 yr old son and by the time I have another one will be going to college and the other kindergarten,

I am also over 30. I will be 33 on my wedding day (MissAngel - we have the same birthday!).

I felt kind of depressed about it too, b/c I saw how some of my friends got to 'start their life' earlier.

However, I also recognize that my time is now. I was not ready before. I was not mature enough to commit to a life long relationship. But I am now and I have no regrets!

i wil be turning 40 a week before my wedding.. at first it was a little depressing.... but my FH was worth the wait !!

alot of my friends have been married & divorced.. are very bitter... rather be in my predictment

age is only a number !!

I'm 32....and FH is 37 - will be 38 next year. The only thing I worry about is our children....when we have them...how old he'll be at certain points in their life....

hey - dont worry, my mom was 40 and my dad was 43 when my brother was born. (yeah- so I was in HS and my mom was pregos)

I think he keeps them young..lol

I will be 30, not over 30. It doesnt matter to me that I am getting married later than I planned (in my head I wanted to e 25).

It really doesnt matter as long as you are happy.

FH works for a CH on LI and sais that more and more of the brides and grooms are 'older' (as opposed to 24 I guess)

I think people are getting their lives togther and all before getting married, it seems more common now-a-days.

A co-worker told me that 30 is the new 20, so you are still in your 20s with that logic--LOL

I like that FH and I look young for our ages. Most people think we are in our mid/late 20's anyway. I feel like I am.

woo hooo for this post!!! :) I'm 33 and will be 34 when we tie the knot! here's the way i look at it ... i totally could've been engaged and married with probably 3 kids by now, but it wouldn't have been with the right person! so who cares if your 25 or 55 if you're blessed to have found 'the one' think of how great that is!!! there are a TON of pluses that have already been mentioned!
