I feel your pain! I was just complaining about them the other day! (I'm noticing, though, that they are getting less painful as the week goes on... and they're really working!)

Your teeth shouldnt hurt, but your gums may get sensitive.

no, its normal to have teeth sensitivity when using them... its just annoying. I end up grinding to make it stop.

didn't do mine today yet. I have about a week to go with the bottoms... and a couple days for the top. My dentist said only to use the top ones for a week since they are whiter than the bottoms.
