I've seen some of you mention this. What exactly is it? I know its a DVD but more info woudl be great! do you guys like it? Also what is a good Jillian Michael's DVD? I need to lose a LOT of weight before the big day and i currently work full time and intern/school at night so don't get home any night before 9/10. So unless I want to be a zombie during the day gym in the morning is rough. Can't wait till July when I get my life back! HELP! thanks!

Re: P90X
I was doing P90X. It is a video, but you also need a pull up/push up bar and some free weights. Youre supposed to do it 6 days a week, but I thought it was a little too much so I put an extra day of rest in there. There is also a nutrition plan that you can follow as well. I think that was the most helpful part for me. The first month is low carb and high protein then you add more carbs each month. If you follow the DVDs, it is a total *** kicker! I did it for a week and a half and lost 4 lbs and FH lost 12 lbs. Then I fell off the wagon I don't know anything about the Jillian Michaels DVD though.

Re: P90X
it depends on what you get. We only got the DVDs and downloaded the menu and nutrition plan from online, but didn't buy any of their food, supplements or the cookbooks or anything. We did also have to buy the pull up bar, which was 30, and the DVDs were I think $120 or somewhere around there. FH got them, so I'm not sure exactly how much it was.

Re: P90X
I used Jillian Michael's '30 Day Crunch' and it worked- for 30 days. I saw an initial weight drop/tone up, but I didnt see very much change after that. I got her 'No More Trouble Zones' and its good for regular toning up (I am not trying to lose alot of weight, just want to tone up).
I have heard alot for P90X- its INTENSE! The workouts are about 45 minutes-1 hour. My friend I actually talked to lost 30 pounds in the first month!!!! (Its a guy though- so you know they lose alot easier than us). P90X has over 800 combinations, so your body never gets used to the routine (which is a good thing). So as long as your up for the commitment, you can lose A LOT of weight!
