Pampered Chef Registry?

Has anyone done this before? Or spoken to a consultant about it? I have a fb friend who's a pampered chef consultant, but I know as soon as I ask her a question, she'll be hounding me with messages until I'm ready to register. Is it done on a website? I can't find a lot of info online other than doing a pampered chef bridal shower which I definitely don't want. I just think it's a great alternative registry to go along with a Macy's or BBB registry and they have so much amazing fun stuff.

Thanks to the bride who suggested it on another topic!!

Pampered Chef Registry?

The consultant who I work with said one way she does it is that she has a party, and then all the items you want are written on a piece of paper that she puts on a little tree. Then the guests pick them off and buy that for the bride.

I'm not going to have a separate party though, so the way I plan on doing it is just making a list of the items I want, and giving it to my consultant. I believe there also might be a way to do it online. Once I make the list of the items I want, somehow my mom will incorporate that into the shower invitation, and then guests can order the items from my consultant.

I hope that makes sense! My consultant is super nice, and she's not pushy, so if you want her info let me know.

Pampered Chef Registry?

From what I'm reading online, there used to be an online system but they disabled it and never got it going again. So it seems like the consultant can create an online party basically for people to order from. Which could actually work out great since in a party, you earn free and discounted items. I'll have to work out the details with a consultant.

The only challenging part is letting people know what you want. I don't think that's something to put in a shower invite.

Pampered Chef Registry?

I agree, def not something to put in the invite. I was reading online, and saw that the consultant can set it up as an online party, and the host (bride) could make a wishlist for what she likes. If you did that, then you could put the link to the show in the invite, or something along those lines.
