My friend ordered her dresses from there and they ruined my dress in so many ways and hemed another dress too short. But in reality you will hear horror stories about every bridal place.

I would have to agree to this...every place has their horror stories....this is why I made nicey nice with the owner and the girl who does the ordering at the Bridal Suite of Patchogue...they always know who I am when I call....and always remember me when I walk in the door....they handled a difficult BM for me....and have done everything that I have asked too....We did have some difficutly with my sister's BM dresses...(they came in black/white instead of black/ivory) but they handled it immediatly...and ordered new ones from the manufactor that were delivered within a week.

They forgot to put my BF's crinoline in the bag with her gown and on her wedding day she flipped out when she opened the bag and it wasn't there. We had to call them and they drove to her house about 20 min before the limo arrived.
