After some AWFUL experiences at other bridal salons I was ecstatic to find that the service and attention given at Paradise Bridal exceeded my every expectation for the process... The only issue that I have is that they REFUSE to tell me the designer of my gown before I make a final purchase.

The only dresses that I tried on that they didn't mind telling me were Maggie dresses and that was only because her name is repeated on the straps that you hang the dress from...
Sigh, okay my aggravated rant is over, I am going to order my dress from there but I really wish they weren't so secretive about everything.

Glad it worked out! I don't know if store policy changed or whatever, I just posted from my experience. I do know that they are such lovely women in there and really want to make all of their brides as happy as possible!

I had to call up after I had purchased my gown to find out the designer, but I still can't find my gown when I'm searching for pictures. Now I basically can't remember exactly what it looks like and that makes me nervous......

I just got my dress there also. Stephanie helped me and she was amazing! All of the woman there seemed nice but I really liked Stephanie cause she is young (like 30ish) and fun to work with. Definately ask for her when you set up an appt.

I ordered my dress at Paradise Bridal too and I am so happy with them!!!!!!!!! I love Vivian she is amazing, so is Tiffany!!!!!! I love when they turn down the lights there and my dress sparkles!!!!!!!!! My dress is on display there withe the matching veil!!!!!!!!!

Oh god, I had such horrible experiences there! Noone was ever friendly and they were always pushing the sale. They refused to budge on price so I went with another place.

Oh no that's terrible!!! When did you go?? All I have heard are fantastic things about their customer service but the only negative thing I encountered was the coding for designer's names.
What happened when you went??

Oh wow, I'm surprised to hear that. I heard nothing but great things about them....that's why I went there. I had such a great experience and I would recommend them to everyone. Sorry you didn't.
