Does anyone know where to go to get feedback on their alterations? Like a website online? Iam still debating whether or not totake it there. Most girls on here say they had no problems with them but i have like 5-6 different people (friends and coworkers) who have a bad story from them.
I ordered my dress from there, it comes in August they said. Will prob go elsewhere to get alterations
My wedding is 8 weeks from friday and my dress still isnt in. They told me it would not be in for another 2 to 3 weeks!! I ordered it in july!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered mine in june 2010 and it won't be in til july 2011! Even my headpiece and veil...which is so ridiculous especially since now I can't get my hair trials til they come in! It'll be a year!
My dress will be in 11 days before my wedding.. my fault though since I changed my dress recently and had to do a rush order, but they guarantee the dress by then and all my alterations in time and I trust them.. My first dress came in in march (ordered in July) like they said it would.. I have heard some not so good stories about alterations but my BC was very honest with me about who she thought I should go to out of the seamstresses there... I forget her name lol, but I'll ask again when it comes closer... I think the attitude you take about the service you are going to be provided (anywhere, not just paradise) is a big factor of how your experience will be.. If you've already set yourself up to be disappointed, you probably will find fault in something.. I'm def staying there for alterations, I wouldn't want to have to be transporting my dress around elsewhere and have it out of my sight once it leaves the bridal store.. JMHO

Yup, told them that and all they kept saying is that they would 'make it work.' The fact I'm adding beading and that I will need at least 3 fitting is written ALL OVER my reciept. I honestly have no problem with them holding orders, but don't tell a bride her dress is coming in at a certain time and then change it to over a month later!!!!!!! I freaking work in the city! Fittings are not going to be convenient for me!

I ordered my dress with them back in May 2010. My BC (barbara) told me it takes it should be in around Feb. Now its april and my wedding is a lil over a month away. I called them up and they said that they order to dress to come in 6 -8 weeks prior to the wedding. Well its about 8 weeks and i havent gotten a call.....ugggh.![]()

OMG my mother just called there and they told her that they are sorry but the dress is running a lil late. They are going to have the manager call me and my mother later when they get a response from Justin Alexander.
ARE THEY KIDDING ME RIGHT NOW IM ABOUT T GO BRIDEZILLA ON THEM.
