I was wondering if anyone had suggestions for parent gifts. We already got both sides picture frames, but we would like to do something else as well.
My parents contributed a very significant amount of money towards our wedding while FH side are paying for our rehearsal dinner (catered at their home). I don't want to do something super over the top for my parents and have FH side feel less important but at the same time my parents did so much that we want to show our appreciation.
Any help would be appreciated! Thanks in advance!

we got picture frames, and are thinking that we might get them parent albums from the photographer. Either that, or we will get shutterfly gift cards (both my mom and my FMIL love shutterfly) so they can make their own albums

We are buying both parents their parent albums from our photographer. I also really like the Broadway show ticket idea with gift card for dinner.

Thanks ladies! For those of you doing albums are you like writing it in the card or telling them when you give the gifts to your BP? I like that idea but I want to convey that we're doing more then just the frames when we are doing the thank you gifts at the rehearsal dinner.

I'm doing a simple picture frame for the RH dinner. After the wedding, I plan on buying gift certificates for an airline. They all love to travel. I also plan to give parent's albums and even blow up some pics for them.

We too have been raddling our brain trying to think of what to get them. Totally forgot we added parent albums to our photo. package. We never told them. Were thinking of surprising them when our pictures were ready. I think I'll write it in their cards to give at Rehearsal dinner. We are also paying for our mothers to get their MU done.

I was thinking the same thing... Love all these ideas.. My parents are also helping a lot with the wedding and I want do something I know they will love. They aren't the type that really like physical gifts. So I think I am going to pick a day and have me and FH take both my parents out to dinner one night. They would love this much more. Might do it with both my parents and FH parents. Haven't decided yet. But the show tickets is a really good idea as well!
