I just read they sent paris back to jail. I feel really bad! They never should have let her out in the first place. But letting ehr think she is confined to her home and then changing their minds is even more wrong. Our system is so weird!!

yeah thats just crazy! Is that even legal? If she was 'freed', they obviously processed paperwork so how can they turn around and bring her back???!?!!? CRAZY

The sheriff released her, but it wasn't in their jurisdiction to do so. Only the judge that ordered her to jail can 'free' her, so he sent her back today!!
There's not much to play with when it comes to playing with her mind, but it's still fun!!

LOL I didn't hear yet that they threw her back in jail. I am glad that I can catch up on my celebrity gossip on here! Well, at least it will make for an interesting chapter in her memoir.

You really feel bad? I wish they would've sentenced her for longer! She's a US citizen like all of us and we'd be jailed for the maximum alloted time....why is she any different? I hate Hollywood for this!

actually, I'm glad they did. She went in 'peacefully' the first time, and in hysterics the second - she knew that she'd be able to get out in a few days the first time around, and now she KNOWS that she can't just screw around and think that she's above the law.
good for the judge for standing his ground! It's ridiculous that there are literally judges out there who basically let celebrities off for a living.

I agree. She is a disgusting wh0re. I think it's a shame she won't have to serve her entire 43 (or 45?) day sentence.

I feel bad for her. she was probably so happy to be home. now she's back. plus seeing anyone cry always gets to me. even though she's a celeb she's still a girl. I'd be going nuts too if I was her.

I sooo agree. Especially with all this feigning sicknes, Who goes away for a month and doesn't bring their medication with them???? Even my mother was poo pooing her today. It was really funny!!!!!!
