LOS ANGELES, California (AP) -- A judge has ordered Paris Hilton returned to jail to serve out her 45-day sentence for a parole violation in a reckless driving case.
She was taken from court screaming.
'It's not right!' shouted the weeping Hilton. 'Mom!' she called out to her mother in the audience.
Earlier, a crying Hilton was taken to court in a police car Friday for a hearing on her early release from jail.
Hilton appeared to be in handcuffs when she was placed into a black-and-white patrol car, which sped away from her Hollywood Hills home with lights flashing. Paparazzi sprinted in pursuit and news helicopters pursued overhead, broadcasting live TV coverage.
The police car arrived at the courthouse and disappeared into the underground parking lot. Inside, Superior Court Judge Michael T. Sauer listened to the city attorney's complaint that Sheriff Lee Baca did not have the right to reassign Hilton to electronically monitored home detention after only three days in jail for violating probation in a reckless driving case. seriously i agree--totally ridicilious stuff. but i think this is mostly the sheriff's dept.'s fault. the judge sentenced her and wanted her to stay in jail and actually put a stipulation in the sentencing that she was NOT allowed to go the house arrest/monitoring route at all. the sheriff's dept said they can do what they want with their prisoners, and thats why the problem started.
in the end this has become a pisssing contest between the judge and sheriff--and i'm glad the judge won. (at least for now) she should serve the full sentence and nothing less.

Jeez - she is old enough to know right from wrong. Smart enough to know how to manipulate the media and people, but dumb enough to think she can get away with being above the law.

That Rocks!!!! That was such BS that they removed her...I bet that sheriff had a pretty little pay off to get that done! Thank God the judge has some sense!

Interesting choice of words...
They just showed the caravan taking Paris back to jail stopped IN FRONT OF THE CIRCUS.. LOL.. and the commentators pointed it out.
btw..
Regardless .. a lot of the lawyers are saying that the original order of 45 days was ridiculous.. that NOBODY gets 45 days in jail for a first time DUI let alone for driving with a suspended license. They do not believe she has gotten special treatment.
In fact they just showed the sentencing for the lady that killed her husband that got approx 250 days in jail.. so they cant say that Paril is getting special treatment.. if anything.. she is getting wrongful treatment and is being over sentenced.

I don't really care if she's crying. If she had hit and injured or killed someone the night she was driving drunk - or the times she was driving with her suspended license, there would have been far more tears than that.
She deserves to pay for what she did.

ok, don't shoot me, I hate her as much as the rest of you, but for some reason I feel bad for her...I hate seeing people cry and I think that the media is out of control...all I really have to say it that is REALLY s***ks to be her right now-which still doesn't excuse her actions, but honestly, nobody needs that much attention when they are at their worst. IMO

If you were so visibly upset and there were tons of cameras around wouldn't you HIDE your face and cry instead of LOOKING OUT THE WINDOW? She is defintiely looking for sympathy and publicity - why would she be looking out the window crying?
