Paris--the band

I saw them at the Carlyle last night and thought they were great. Has anyone used them? What are you thoughts of them. Any idea of price range? thanks!

I think they are great. We were going to use them for our wedding but they were booked. But i attended a wedding where they played and they were excellent.

My close friend is using them for her wedding this January. Their prices have gone up a lot since I saw them in 2001 but so has everything i guess.

I am using them for our wedding. I saw them and booked them right there. THere prices vary. We are using them for everything...the ceremony, cocktail hour (jaz trio) and reception. SO my price may be a bit more...II think they are about 6100 for the reception.

I saw them at Jericho Terrace and they were great. We would have loved to book them but for a 6 hour party it was $7700. Way more than I wanted to spend on music.

thanks for the info everyone! they gave us a cd at the expo so i am going to listen to that tonight and hope to make a decision soon.

We are using Paris. We love them so mucH....it is costing us $7300 (we booked about 3 months ago) for a 6 hr party.

I saw them at Carlyle last night too and they played at a friend's wedding two years ago. They are amazing!!

My DH and I were going to use them. We saw their sales video from the band's company, SoundCheck Entertainment which they own at least 6 bands. As we were watching their video the sales lady turned off the TV because they were quickly reserved for another wedding on the same exact date and year as ours. Thus, we opt to use another band from SoundCheck Entertainment--The Projekt. They were GREAT!

We got 5 piece/members. It was $3,650.00 total.

I used them for my wedding, I must say they are the best band I've ever heard! Everyone of my guests were like, This band is awesome! I would book with them! JMO

I used them and it was one of the best decisions we made. Two couples at our wedding have already booked them. I can't wait to hear them again!!!
