Pastor problem.....

Pastor problem.....

OK, so I spend about 36 hours of my life picking the 'right' vows for us, highlighting what I want and sending it to our Pastor and today he sends me an email with the vows HE is going to use at our ceremony. He completely ignored what I sent him.
He is a lovely man and I know he is trying to do the right thing for us, but I want the vows I chose and I want the ceremony to be short and sweet. The less time I have to stand there the better!
Now the dilemma....how do I tell the Pastor this??
I am composing an email now beginning with 'With all due respect.......' I think I have to let my emotions calm before I finish it, I don't want to offend him but I don't want the vows/ceremony he wrote

I think I would politely ask if there is any way you can use the ones that you sent him. Tell him you spent alot of time researching and they mean alot to you and FH.. how can he say no to that!?

was his email attached to your email? maybe say, 'i'm not sure you received my earlier email, but FH and i would really like the ceremony i sent to you last week, etc etc.' maybe lines were crossed? if not, it will let him know that you really want what you picked, not what he picked. GL!
