I can't believe this place. I am getting married in one month and they just ordered my dress and will be ready for my first fitting two days before my wedding. The owner of the store has no clue how to run her business and I am very disappointed. She gave me the run around about when the dress was coming in. First it was Feb. 20 then June, then July 9 and my first fitting had to be cancelled because it wasn't in yet. I guess a two day rush delivery doesn't work anymore. Or maybe it was never ordered. So girls, If I were you I would watch what goes on there if you ordered your dress from there. Thanks for ruining my day PBS. I was encouraged to go and find a new dress off the rack. Thank goodness Ihave good connections :)

I agree that PBS was my WORST vendor.....
I came out form RI for my first fitting, and it was to be Sat Morning, on Friday night before closing, they called to say they had to reschedule, the seansetree was not available...
I was already on the ferry, so she paid for my round trip ferry fare
They also ordered an extra 'panel' for my dress...well, my dress was 1 size too big as it was, so I ended up having them reimburse me for that too....but I had to show MY receipt that it was ordered....THEN they tried to get me to pay my balance, which had been paid months before...teyd id not 'mark it down'
They INSISTED on ordereing a size 8 dress for my size 1-2 bridesmaid...she paid TONS for alterations bdcause she was out of state![]()
