I skipped them bc I used them for my 1st wedding and thought FH would majorly object.
Honestly they're very professional and reliable. Even my Mom liked them and trust me, she's a pain in the ***.

thats a great price!
my guy is 2500 for engagement and unlimited wedding day photos
1000 more for a photojournalist
1000 more for photobook
1000 more for 2 parent books
I LOVE LOVE LOVE his work so it's worth it,
but the price you got is great

YEah, I'm kinda hell bent on Thomas Paul but they gave us the same quote... I haven't compared the packages yet... but I'm wondering if it's going to be more prudent to go with Patken... decisions decisions...
Appts with both this weekend! If I wind up liking TP better, as I think I will, FH is gonna give me a REAL hard time about the price difference...

I have to say that TP is better price wise. I went to both and Patken offered me 4700 for phot/video and it was pretty basic. They also have only one photographer which doesn't matter to most but I wanted two and you do not own your pictures after! When they give you the disk, you can't print off of them. It was just a big turn off!
TP was willing to negotiate much more with us and just had a better personality. He also gives 2 photographer, 1 videographer and an assistant. You also own your pics and can print off the High Resolution DVD. I also liked that he didn't nickle and dime us. I just booked him last night!
