I think I went over all of the locations, directions, addresses, phone numbers about a week before.

ETA: If that is what you meant. I never spoke to the photographer. Only to the person in the office that I had been making arrangement with from the time I booked them. As long as you have everything in writing, I don't think they need to speak to you about anything. If you have specific instructions, turn them in asap

I asked her if I get to talk to the photographer and she said week of......well its Tuesday......should I bother them again?

If she said this week....go right ahead and be a pain! I would act as if they are waiting for you to call them, not the other way around. They are busy and it is easy to forget and get tied up. Give them a call. This is my week of b@ll busting too! I am waiting on my album proof
