My contract says that I will get the negatives but I have to wait for 6-12 months. There is no charge to get them.

I don't think they would charge you to get them at all but I remember the woman telling us that their policy was 6-12 months. I'm pretty sure she said 1 year but for some reason I keep thinking 6 months. I'll look at the contract tonight.
