Paul Kloc Photography

Has anyone used Paul Kloc or been in a bridal party where he was used? My FSIL recommended him to me and I looked at his website. I wasn't that thrilled but she said it doesn't do him justice. His prices are too goo to be true. I spoke with him briefly on the phone and he doesn't seem overly friendly. I am just wooried about he may be with mebers of the bridal party. I am having at least 4 small chiledrenn between ages 3-6 and I want someone who will be understanding.
Any help would be great!
