I know what you are saying, I am so excited to see what my center pieces look like, I wish I would have called instead of emailing and I would have never even had this problem, I cant rembmer the post that made me nervous, but I should have called Marcella, once I did talk to her she was great and so helpful

Are you still having a good experience with her, since finally getting in touch? I paid the deposit and have now emailed twice (I know it is the right address) and left a voicemail and she has not gotten back to me. I simply need to book a date and time to see my sample CP.

I have had no problems at all, I would call there, sometimes emails get lost, I actually was just there last week and booked my appt for my sample, Marcella has been very helpful, HTH
