PEDASTALS - UPDATE

I was so excited when I booked them and now I am reading things like they are not that good, they dont call back etc. and as I am reading this I am thinking to myself how I wrote to them 2 weeks ago about my sample and they have not gotten back, is anyone else having this problem also with them

Hi girls, I just wanted to let you all know that this was a case of a big misunderstanding, Marcella just called me and I set up my appointment with her which I cant wait for, just so you all know I was emailing her at the wrong email address (FH read it wrong to me) like I said earlier I am very excited to have them as my florist, if anything I said early upseted any of you Im sorry I dont want you to think that they blew me off they didnt it was just me emailing the wrong person. Thanks agian for all your help

I think it depends on who you deal with. I'm dealing with Vito and he's great. He did say though, that he will call us regarding samples. He has a whole schedule of when things get done.

I dealt with Marcela and she was so great when we went but now she wont write back to my emails, should I call and ask for Vito even though she is the one who took all my info and supposely knows what I want

I am using pedestals and I love them. I was told samples are two months before the wedding so we still have some time.

I know its no excuse for not responding they could have told you that, but just remember we are in full wedding season

No problem! I actually didnt pick out my centerpieces until last month, i couldnt figure out colors

Anyway when i booked i was told to give them a ring in early july to set up my sample centerpiece.

So those instructions are still fresh in my head

If you are calling in July thats what I will do, after all we are date twins, dont get me wrong Im not bashing them I was so happy when I booked them I just get nervous when I see a bad thing writted about one of the vendors I am using

I felt that pedastals was out of my budget so I never used them. They quoted me at $7200.00. I would never pay that for flowers but I have to say that they do an amazing job. Just seeing the samples in their showroom proves it. I remember the girl we were working with said it takes a few months for samples.

I agree they do amazing work I just hope what they told me I am going to get is what I get, I dont know who but someone posted that when they went in to see their sample that not only did they meet with someone who they didnt know but the sample was nothing like they said it would be and that is what made me nervous

Im working with Vito too and I don't have one solitary complaint. He is an absolute pleasure to work with!! He called me in to see my sample CP about one month after I booked and I absolutely LOVED it... I wouldn't change a thing!

There are a bunch of people that work there, so if you aren't satisfied with your original person, you could always switch to someone else. I highly recommend Vito!

you should call and ask for her and ask if she got your emails. And explain that its easier for you to do things via email because of your work schedule or something.

It is unfortunate that you haven't heard back from them yet. I am dealing with Nadia, and usually she emails me back at the end of the day or the next day at the latest, she's always been great! I know for our sample she said in August so I will call her about it.

hey date twin, im using Nadia also and recently sent her an email about coming in to see CPs ... she said July. She was prompt with a response. I guess it just all depends on whom you work with!
